Holiday Exchange Policy
Any orders made on or after November 12, 2020 until December 31, 2020, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 14, 2020. Items must remain unworn and in new condition.
In order to process your online exchange, please contact email@example.com with your order number. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for an exchange is to be covered by the customer. Customers must provide tracking number by email. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note, we cannot exchange or provide store credits for gift cards.
Evie Atelier reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
