Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please email us at email@example.com. The item must be sent back unworn within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive the item, you will be notified via email.
Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Additionally, we do not provide return labels; the cost to ship the items for an exchange is to be covered by the customer. Customers must provide tracking number by email. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Gift cards are also non-refundable.
Evie Atelier reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way.
We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase. Codes cannot be redeemed once an order has been placed.
Additionally, codes cannot be combined with other codes, sales or promotions.
All “Sale” or discounted items are final sale.
